✅ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metropolitan areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA: 1-3 business days after shipping.
  • Other states and non-metropolitan areas: 3-7 business days after shipping.

 

 

✅ How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: We will notify you with an estimated time of arrival for the item.

 

 

✅Do you offer price matching?

Yes, we price match under the following conditions:

  • The competitor must have the item in stock.
  • The competitor’s website must show the correct Recommended Retail Price (RRP) along with the discounted price.
  • We reserve the right to decline price matching if the product is used or priced below our cost.

 

 

✅Can I pick up my order?

Pick-up is available under these conditions:

  • The item is in stock in the same state as the buyer.
  • Our supplier permits warehouse pick-ups. Please email us your product model number and location to confirm availability.

 

 

✅How do I initiate a warranty or service request?

Contact us via email or phone to start a warranty or service request. You can also refer to the user manual of your item for warranty details.

 

 

 

✅What payment options are available?

We accept:

  • VISA, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank deposit
  • Afterpay
  • SilverChef (Equipment finance) Please note: A 1.8% surcharge applies to all card payments.

 

 

✅What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are conducted during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), Monday to Friday. We cannot provide an exact delivery time.

 

 

 

✅When do I pay for my order?

You will receive a stock availability and shipping price confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order. Upon acceptance, we will send you an invoice with payment options. SilverChef Rent-Try-Buy orders require bond payment and signed rental documents prior to dispatch.

 

 

✅What will void my warranty?

Your warranty may be void in cases of:

  • Misuse of the product.
  • Irregular cleaning.
  • Use in an incorrect environment, contrary to what is specified in the user manual.
  • Modifications or damages incurred while in your possession. Review the user manual for comprehensive warranty terms.

 

 

✅Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Additional fees may apply for special handling, expedited shipping, or international delivery. We will provide detailed cost breakdowns during the order confirmation process.

 

 

✅Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order through the courier’s website.

 

 

✅What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.
