How to specify

Choose task: filling, mincing, tomato pressing or dehydration.Match capacity: 5 L vs 7 L fillers; 30–180 kg/h mincers.Select power: manual vs electric; confirm outlet and bench space.Confirm attachments & compatibility (plates, funnels, tomato kits).Plan cleaning SOPs and spares (seals, gaskets, blades, trays). Sausage fillers — small-batch to butcher-scale runs; 5 L (SFT0005) or 7 L (SFT0008) cylinders, manual, bench-mounted; rinse cylinders and funnels, food-safe lubricant on seals. Meat mincers — in-house mince for burgers, sausages and prep; MNS0008 (300 W) for light duty, MNS0022 160 kg/h and MNS2222 180 kg/h for busy kitchens and butcheries; disassemble plates and knife, sanitise after each session. Tomato and dehydration — TSE0004 electric press at 650 kg/h for passata, or the TSE1004 attachment on an MNS0008; DCT1001 / DCT2002 6-tray benchtop dehydrators for dried fruit, herbs and snacks — ventilated bench space, dry trays thoroughly.
