The 3Monkeez T-3MSH12 is a single bench/hob mount tap with standard swivel spout, with a 305mm spout reach. Its single control supplies one temperature: cold water or water premixed externally. It is not an integral hot-and-cold mixer.
Spout reach is measured from the swivel/inlet axis to the outlet axis. It is separate from overall height and wall projection.
The sink, basin and bench are not included.
Manufacturer recommends licensed plumber; flush all lines; secure aerator against hand removal; grease spout O-rings without displacement and check leaks. Check the selected bench hole and maximum bench thickness before cutting.
