The Skipio SURF12-2 is a dual-temperature undercounter cabinet on a 1200 mm footprint: one side refrigerated, one side frozen, under a single stainless steel top. It is built for kitchens that need both chilled and frozen stock within arm's reach of the prep line but cannot give up floor space for two cabinets. Undercounter dual-temperature cabinets earn their place where bench space is the constraint: cafe and restaurant prep lines, small to medium production kitchens, dessert and pastry sections that hold both chilled and frozen components, and sites where a second upright simply will not fit. At 855 mm high it is designed to sit under a standard commercial bench run. If you need high frozen volume, a dedicated upright freezer will serve you better than half of an undercounter cabinet.

• Confirm the chilled compartment's operating range against the supplier data sheet before storing anything temperature-critical. KW's product record verifies the freezer side only.
• Leave clearance for airflow around the condenser. An undercounter cabinet boxed in tight will run hot, work harder and fail early.
• Confirm the bench cut-out and the 855 mm height against your bench run before delivery. Check doorway widths for a 1200 mm cabinet at 92 kg.
• Electrical connection is 240 V. Have a licensed electrician confirm the circuit and the outlet before installation.
• Let the unit stand and settle after transport before you power it up, and let both compartments reach temperature before loading stock.
• Indoor commercial use. Do not install where the cabinet is exposed to weather or to wash-down spray.

• Wipe the stainless steel inside and out at the end of each trading day. Use a food-safe cleaner and a soft cloth.
• Avoid steel wool and chlorine-based cleaners on stainless steel; both attack the finish and start pitting.
• Keep the condenser and any accessible grille free of dust and lint. A blocked condenser is the most common reason a cabinet stops holding temperature.
• Check the door seals monthly. A seal that no longer grips is a permanent energy cost and a food-safety risk.
• Defrost and clean the freezer compartment on a schedule rather than waiting for ice build-up to choke the airflow.
• Log both compartment temperatures daily. It is the cheapest food-safety record you will ever keep.
