TéVera JAC-30 Automatic Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine

Bring freshly ground coffee and milk drinks to your office coffee point or staffroom. The TéVera JAC-30 combines adjustable grinding, pre-infusion and a touchscreen in a 300 mm-wide machine, rated by TéVera for up to 100 cups a day. Choose the water and milk-storage setup around the way your team uses it.

Start with the JAC-30 when one bean hopper and a 100-cup daily rating meet your needs. Its grind adjustment and pre-infusion give you control over the coffee recipe without moving to a larger, dual-hopper machine.

TéVera also lists cafés, restaurants and food courts as applications. Plan around the 100-cup daily rating and the busiest service window.

For 40 coffee drinkers having two cups each, daily demand is 80 cups. That leaves 20 cups within TéVera’s daily rating for visitors or extra drinks. This is a planning example: include everyone who will use the machine, then look separately at your busiest break.

The service manual lists nominal rates of 90 espresso or milk coffees per hour, 65 American-style or long coffees, and 120 hot-water servings. For example, 50 drinks take about 33 minutes at 90 per hour, or 46 minutes at 65 per hour, before refills, cleaning and other interruptions. Use the expected drink mix and arrival window when planning a busy break.

The manual lists a grounds box for 40 coffee pucks and a 1.2 L wastewater tray. Emptying and cleaning these is part of operating the coffee point; a 100-cup daily rating does not mean 100 drinks without attention.

• Water supply. The manual lists a standard 2 L built-in tank and bottled-water setup, and also describes a direct drinking-water connection. Confirm the supplied machine’s direct-water configuration and required fittings for a plumbed installation. An optional 8 L tank is available on request.
• Fresh milk storage. The MCC-10L refrigerator is an optional extra, with 4 L milk capacity and a 0 to +5°C temperature range. Allow bench space for the milk-storage setup as well as the coffee machine.
• Bench and power. The electrical specification is 240 V, 1,700 W / 10A. The body is 300 mm wide and 490 mm deep; allow additional access for refilling, cleaning and accessories.
• Recipe and payment options. Specify the required 14 g or 20 g chamber configuration. QR/MDB payment, SaaS services and the larger water tank are options to discuss with the machine configuration, rather than assumed inclusions.

Daily ratings do not establish relative peak speed. Both manuals describe direct-water operation; confirm the supplied configuration and fittings. Milk refrigeration is optional on both models.
