Modular Systems WBB7-1500/A Workbench with Splashback
1500 × 700 × 900mm
Stainless Steel Workbenches & Prep Tables

Check that a 700mm-deep bench leaves enough room to work and move through the kitchen. Measure the available length, delivery access and clearance around nearby doors before choosing a model.
These Modular Systems models all list dimensions of 1200 × 700 × 900mm (W × D × H). Their construction and configuration differ.
| Model | Listed construction or configuration | Selection check |
|---|---|---|
| 1200-7-WB | 1.2mm 304 stainless steel top, galvanised steel undershelf and adjustable legs. | Check the undershelf material as well as the top when specifying the bench. |
| 1200-7-WBB | Table with splashback; the product page lists 304-grade stainless steel. | Check the splashback height and its position against wall fittings. |
| WB7-1200/A | Stainless steel worktop, legs and reinforced solid undershelf; the worktop is 1.2mm thick. | Compare this construction with the galvanised undershelf on the 1200-7-WB. |
| WBM7-1200/A | Mobile workbench with a 304 stainless top, 201 stainless undershelf and legs, and galvanised top reinforcement. | If the bench needs to move, confirm castor locking and load limits for the intended use. |
For a wall position, check whether you need a splashback. For an island, consider which sides staff need to reach across; an upstand changes that access. Confirm levelling and leave access for cleaning around and beneath the bench.
Before placing equipment on the top, confirm the exact bench's load rating and the equipment footprint. A matching depth or a reinforced shelf does not establish suitability for a heavy mixer.
Submit your kitchen requirements — our equipment specialists will send you a tailored shortlist of 700mm deep workbenches that fits your budget, venue type and compliance needs.
A 700mm bench is 100mm deeper. Allow for that extra depth in the aisle layout, and measure your boards, bowls and equipment to check how they will fit on the top.
Decide which sides need unobstructed access. A splashback creates an upstand along one edge, so check its position against the way staff will use the island. For a wall bench, check its height against sockets and other fittings.
Confirm the exact model's rated worktop and shelf loads before ordering. Include the equipment, ingredients and stored items in your calculation. For a mixer, also confirm suitability for vibration and the way its feet distribute the load.
No. The 1200-7-WB lists a 304 stainless steel top with a galvanised steel undershelf. The WBM7-1200/A lists a 304 top, 201 stainless undershelf and legs, and galvanised top reinforcement. Check the component materials for the exact model.
