Commercial 1200mm Gas Chargrill LPG – Brenner BREG8C-1200L

The Forge 800 chargrill uses 4 U-shaped gas burners beneath its cooking surface. The supplier also lists a pilot system, piezo ignition and flame-failure protection for this gas configuration.

Its 1200 mm nominal frontage and 800 mm depth fit the Forge 800 modular line. Confirm gas type, actual total gas load and extraction requirements with the installer before purchase.

The Brenner Forge 800 Series gas char grill top is a commercial gas char grill for steak, chicken and vegetable work where char marks and even surface heat matter. U-shaped burners spread heat evenly across the cooking surface instead of leaving hot and cold bands.

It comes in 300, 600, 900 and 1200mm widths on the same 800mm commercial depth as the rest of the 800 Series, so a char grill, griddle and cooktop line up flush.

FED describes the 1200 mm model as 120 MJ/h total. Its Specifications table separately shows “Power MJ/h 30”. The 30 MJ/h figure appears to be per burner; this is an interpretation of the two FED fields, not an explicit supplier label. Confirm the gas load against the appliance plate before installation.
