The YXD-3AE combines stainless construction, rounded chamber corners and a stainless baffle to distribute heat evenly. A 360 °C safety high-limit thermostat, chamber light and timing/heating indicators support reliable front-of-house service.

Let the oven cool. Wipe stainless surfaces with pH-neutral cleaner and microfibre; avoid abrasives. Remove trays/supports to soak, then dry fully.

Monthly check door seal and glass; vacuum rear intake; verify thermostat accuracy quarterly.
