XURF400SFV is a FED-X stainless-steel upright freezer with single solid door. It provides 429 L gross and 333 L net storage capacity, with fan-forced cooling and automatic defrost.

The cabinet has a stainless-steel interior and exterior with rounded internal corners. Three shelf levels plus the base are supplied, with a stated 40 kg loading limit per shelf. Shelves and supports accommodate two GN 1/1 pans per level.
Self-closing lockable doors use heavy-duty magnetic seals. Dixell digital control, heavy-duty evaporator and condenser fans, and castors with front brakes support daily commercial operation.
