The cabinet has a stainless-steel interior and exterior with rounded internal corners. Three shelf levels plus the base are supplied, with a stated 40 kg loading limit per shelf. Shelves and supports accommodate two GN 1/1 pans per level.
Self-closing lockable doors use heavy-duty magnetic seals. Dixell digital control, heavy-duty evaporator and condenser fans, and castors with front brakes support daily commercial operation. Internal LED lighting and a heated door frame support product visibility and reduce condensation around the freezer glazing.
The glazed single-door format is intended for visible frozen stock where staff need to identify contents before opening the cabinet.
The vertical cabinet format concentrates chilled or frozen storage in a compact footprint while keeping stocked shelves directly accessible to staff.
