With a 1 x 1/1GN trolley capacity, this unit can chill up to 80kg or freeze up to 40kg per cycle. The 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen allows for programming chilling/freezing cycles, while its 304 stainless steel construction provides a durable commercial finish. It operates on 3-phase power at 5.7 kW. Overall dimensions are 980mm (W) x 1030mm (D) x 2460mm (H).
This blast chiller/freezer provides food safety and programmable cycle options. Its roll-in trolley design supports loading and unloading, while its controls allow cycle programming for foodservice operations.
