With 2/1GN + 1/3GN pan capacity, an external silicone heating pad and thermostat control (30°C – 90°C), it delivers even heating and hygienic performance in demanding commercial environments.
Drain the tank, wipe with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, and avoid abrasives or harsh chemicals.
Check heating pad monthly, clean drain regularly, and inspect power cable for wear.
Requires 240V connection, 3.6 kW load. Energy use depends on operating hours and temperature settings.
