This is a hood-type passthrough machine drawing 6 kW at 20 A: have the electrical connection completed by a licensed electrician, and confirm the supply available at the dish bench. The listed height is 2190 mm, so check ceiling clearance and any overhead services before ordering, and confirm whether that height is measured with the hood raised. The unit weighs 148 kg. Confirm bench heights and the infeed and outfeed side of the bench so the hood opens on the correct side.

Run the self-cleaning program at the end of each service and let the wash chamber drain. Lift and rinse the AktivPlus filter regularly, more often on heavy food-soil days. Wipe the wash and rinse arms and clear the jets if rinse results drop. Keep an eye on the digital wash and final rinse temperature readouts: a drift in either is usually the first sign of a scale or element issue. Descale on the interval the manufacturer specifies for your water hardness.
