Tecnodom TDE-3BD Digital Convection Oven – 3 x 600x400mm Trays, 15A Plug

The Tecnodom TDE-3BD is a digital convection oven for three 600 × 400 mm trays, with 105 mm spacing, twin fans and a dual display. It includes one solid tray and two wire racks for a commercial baking station.

For baking where three full-size bakery trays and digital temperature control suit the production run. The oven operates from +50 to +280°C and uses twin fans to circulate heated air. Plan the tray load around the 105 mm spacing, with room for safe loading and unloading at the door.

• Electrical supply. Arrange the connection for 240 V, 3.15 kW and the specified 15 A supply requirement. Have the installed connection checked against the appliance nameplate.
• Support and ventilation. Use a suitable non-flammable support for the 40 kg net weight. Keep the air vents and rear exhaust clear and arrange a fume hood.
• Working clearances. Allow at least 0.1 m at the sides and above without nearby heat sources, 0.6 m laterally near heat sources and 0.6 m at the door side. Have the installer check the final layout.
• Cleaning. Disconnect power and let the oven cool before cleaning. Clean the chamber after use; avoid water jets, steam cleaners and abrasive or chlorine-containing cleaners.
