The stainless-steel construction supports routine commercial cleaning. A drip tray collects cooking residue and should be removed only after the appliance and contents have cooled.
The lava rock grilling surface is intended for direct chargrill cooking. Arrange and maintain the lava rock only as directed in the supplied operating information, and clear accumulated residue after the appliance has cooled.
Automatic ignition and flame-failure shut-off form part of the verified configuration. Check ignition, burner flame and safety operation during commissioning and scheduled servicing.
