Also, thanks to a double-layer Damascus steel coating, the blades are highly corrosion resistant, making them a reliable choice for use in busy kitchen environments. Included in the Vogue Series 7 Tsuki knives set are a 20cm chef's knife, 13cm carving knife, 13cm santoku knife and 9cm paring knife. Each knife has a handle made from micarta, which offers a great grip and comfort while cutting. The set also comes with a knife wallet with 16 slots to securely store your collection of kitchen knives, and can be wiped clean.
