The M2C suits venues with a dedicated wash-up bay and steady rack turnover through service: hotels, clubs, aged-care and hospital kitchens, function centres, and mid-to-large restaurants. The passthrough format assumes bench space either side of the machine for dirty-in and clean-out flow. If your wash-up is a single corner with no run-off bench, an undercounter machine is usually the better fit.

• Electrical connection is listed as 415 V three-phase. Have a licensed electrician confirm the available supply and circuit before you commit to the machine.
• Allow for the 2035 mm hood-open height. Measure the clearance under any overhead shelf, canopy, or bulkhead above the intended position.
• Water supply, drainage, and any water-treatment requirement should be confirmed for your site. Water hardness affects rinse results and element life.
• Plan bench run-in and run-out either side so racks can move through in one direction.

• Drain, remove and rinse the wash and rinse arms, and clear the scrap filter at the end of each trading day.
• Check that the arm jets are clear. Blocked jets are the most common cause of poor wash results.
• Wipe door seals and the hood interior so debris does not bake onto the gasket.
• Descale on a schedule set by your local water hardness, not by a fixed calendar interval.
• Keep a service log and book preventative servicing with a qualified technician.
