• Follow the manufacturer manual for safe oil draining and cleaning.
• Use the removable tilting element assembly and removable oil tank to access food-contact areas.
• Keep the tank dry before refilling; never introduce water to hot oil.
• Do not immerse the electrical control or element assembly.
