07 / TRADE-OFFS

Strengths & limits

Strengths: range breadth, hospitality-focused construction, replaceable components, customisation and Furnlink-backed supply. Practical limit: suitability still depends on the exact model, location, duty cycle, installation and care. Confirm model-level specifications instead of applying one claim to the whole range.

08 / SUITABILITY

How to specify

Define venue zone, covers, floor and cleaning routine. Check seat height, arm clearance, load, stack quantity and unit weight. Pair every top with a correctly sized base and confirm exposure model by model.

09 / ROI

Running cost & ROI

The value case combines commercial durability, easier cleaning and a coherent furniture schedule. Compare delivered and installed cost, staff handling, maintenance, replacement cycle and venue downtime—not only the unit price.

010 / BENCHMARK

Versus other brands

Durafurn is strongest where the project values range breadth, hospitality-focused construction, replaceable components, customisation and Furnlink-backed supply. Other brands may be better where the brief prioritises a different material, exposure class, provenance or price point. Choose from the completed product specification and operating environment.

014 / ENGINEERING

Engineering

Commercial steel and aluminium frames balance stability and handling. High-resiliency foam supports shape retention. Powder coating protects metal, compact laminate resists moisture, and replaceable feet extend life on applicable models.

015 / INSTALLATION

Installation & service

Use every specified fastener, recheck after initial use, fit glides for the floor, follow upholstery and finish care sheets, and keep spare feet for high-turnover venues.

016 / WARRANTY

Warranty

Durafurn warranty periods vary materially across products, with longer cover on selected premium collections. Obtain current written terms for the exact SKU and application.

017 / WARNINGS

Common misuse

Do not infer outdoor suitability, safe working load, stackability, mounting method or warranty from the brand name alone. Do not mix incompatible chairs, tops and bases. Do not approve colour from a screen only. Follow the exact product care and installation sheet.
