About Fagor

Fagor Professional originates from Spain with a long-standing focus on commercial foodservice systems that prioritise reliability, service access and long-term operational consistency. Rather than chasing extreme benchmarks, Fagor builds equipment that performs predictably across long service hours. In practice, this makes Fagor well-suited to Australian operations where downtime, water conditions and energy efficiency have a direct impact on profitability and brand reputation.
