Fagor CO-502BDD EVO-CONCEPT Undercounter Dishwasher – Drain Pump, 40 Racks/hr

The Fagor CO-502BDD EVO-CONCEPT is a front-loading undercounter dishwasher for cafés, bars and foodservice kitchens. It combines GN 1/1 tray compatibility with a double-skin body, drain pump and built-in detergent and rinse aid dosing.

Choose this model when an undercounter dishwashing position needs to handle plates, glassware and GN 1/1 trays within a 380 mm clearance. Its double-skin construction helps contain machine noise and retain heat. Compare another configuration if your ware exceeds that clearance or your service needs exceed the maximum output.

Measure the available space against the 600 × 600 × 830 mm machine and check the opening door and loading position. It fits beneath surfaces 850 mm high; allow for service access and ventilation when assessing the final recess. Plan handling for the 60 kg machine.

Match basket demand and ware size to the job. Up to 40 baskets or 720 dishes per hour is the maximum output, rather than a promise for every load or programme.

Plan the electrical installation around the selected multipower configuration. Have the installer establish the appropriate setting and connection for the machine.

• Installation and levelling. Arrange professional installation with mains water, drainage and the correct electrical supply. Level the machine using its adjustable legs and provide ventilation and service access.
• Electrical configuration. The machine has a 15 A connection and selectable multipower settings. Have the installer check the connection for the selected setting and provide equipotential bonding.
• Water and drainage. Rinse consumption is 2.4 L at 2 bar mains pressure. The machine includes a drain pump, non-return valve and separate water-inlet and drain-hose connections.
• Chemical connections. Separate rinse aid and detergent inlets are provided. Both dosing functions are included in this BDD configuration.
