Every Washtech machine KW supplies carries the 5-2-2 warranty: 5 years parts warranty on the cabinet, 2 years parts warranty on the wash pump, and 2 years comprehensive parts and labour. This is the current term across the whole range — the same on a $4,079 GE glasswasher as on a $73,501 CD240 conveyor. One thing worth knowing if you are comparing quotes: some older published material still shows a 5-2-1 structure, with one year of comprehensive parts and labour rather than two. That is the superseded term. The comprehensive period is now two years. If a competing quote cites 5-2-1, it is working from out-of-date information — not offering you something different. The two-year comprehensive period is the part that matters commercially. Cabinet parts cover is common across the category; parts and labour is where the real exposure sits, because technician time on a commercial warewasher is usually the larger half of any repair bill.

Common misuse

If you need a machine for glassware only, the G series is built for it and the dishwasher series is not the cheaper path to the same result. If your constraint is rack size rather than throughput, moving up a series will not help. A 450 mm machine does not become a 500 mm machine by costing more.
