Benchstar FABIGANI-2S Double 12 Litre Granita & Slushy Machine

Benchstar FABIGANI-2S is an air-cooled granita and slushy machine with two 12 L bowls for a two-product drink counter. Variable density and parts that come apart for cleaning support recipe setup and daily care.

• Position and connection. Check the dimensions in Key Specifications above, the access route and room for operation, cleaning and condenser access. Arrange the electrical connection and technical servicing with personnel qualified to work on the machine.
• Prepare the mix and controls. Use a prepared mix within the 13–18% sugar requirement and follow the starting procedure. Select the bowl, working mode and slush-density setting for the intended drink.
• Empty, dismantle and clean. Follow the shutdown and power-isolation steps before dismantling for cleaning. Remove the tap before removing the bowl, and refit the bowl before reattaching the cleaned tap.
• Train operators and plan maintenance. Train staff in loading, dispensing, washing, sanitising and reassembly. Reserve technical repairs for qualified service personnel and follow the preventative-maintenance program.
