Bonvue SL880V Chilled Food Display – Gross Volume: 1200L

The Bonvue SL880V is a chilled food display for larger café and bakery counters. Its 1200L gross volume, four display levels and illuminated shelving provide space to present a varied food range.

For larger cafés and bakeries presenting sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, yoghurt and cakes whose storage requirements suit the +2 to +8°C range. The 2400 mm cabinet width and four display levels suit a broad selection. Choose a smaller cabinet where access or counter space is limited.

Measure the access route and counter position against the 2400 × 740 × 1350 mm cabinet dimensions. Packed dimensions are 815 × 2450 × 1520 mm in W × D × H order; check the packed orientation when planning entry and handling.

Plan the food range across the four display levels rather than treating the 1200L gross volume as usable tray capacity. Check the +2 to +8°C range and 32°C ambient rating against the products and site, and allow staff access behind the counter.

Allow for the 240 V, 1520 W electrical rating and assess the 30.92 kWh/24h energy figure alongside the intended operating pattern. Follow commissioning and maintenance instructions, and register within 14 days of invoice for the additional two years of parts-only warranty.

• Ambient rating. The ambient rating is 32°C.
• Condensate handling. The cabinet has self-evaporating drainage.
• Rear access. Allow space behind the counter to load and serve through the sliding rear doors.
