a sleek 1800 mm-wide straight-edge glass design suited to bakeries, cafés, deli counters
and patisseries. LED lighting, fan-assisted cooling and low-condensation operation help maintain
product freshness and strong visual appeal throughout service.
The DB959-A features sliding rear doors for fast service access,
a digital controller for accurate temperature regulation, and a
fan-cooled refrigeration system for even airflow. The stainless-steel base and
straight front glass offer a modern, professional look while minimizing maintenance.
Use pH-neutral cleaners and microfibre cloths. Avoid abrasives on the straight-edge glass.
Wipe down shelves and door tracks daily and dry all surfaces after cleaning.
Weekly: clean internal glass, LED covers, shelves and rear access tracks.
Monthly: brush or vacuum condenser grilles to maintain airflow and efficiency.
