Brenner EF-28LE 28L Freestanding Electric Fryer

Brenner EF-28LE is a freestanding single-vat commercial electric fryer with a recommended 28 L oil capacity. Its electrical rating is 18 kW at 415 V, three-phase plus neutral.

The stainless-steel fryer includes a cold zone beneath the active frying area. Food particles can settle below the heating zone, subject to correct oil management and cleaning procedures.
