Start with the corner layout: the bench dimensions are 700 × 700 × 900 mm, with a 150 mm splashback. Measure adjoining benches, wall fittings and the space above the work surface, and check the overall assembled height including the splashback before ordering for a close-fitting installation.

Decide what will sit beneath the worktop. The solid undershelf can be adjusted in height, and an additional shelf is an option if the storage layout calls for it.

Choose between the adjustable disc feet and an optional lockable castor kit around how the bench will be used. Discuss locking drawers at the same time if enclosed storage is required.

• Optional fittings. Choose any locking drawers, additional shelf or lockable castor kit before finalising the configuration. Allow for the chosen fittings when planning access beneath the worktop.
