Frymax USG-1 Deep Fryer Side Splash Guard – 520mm x 465mm / Stainless Steel Protection

The Frymax USG-1 is a 520 × 465 mm stainless steel side splash guard for GASMAX RC300, RC400, RC500E and RC400TE fryers. Pre-assembled clips allow fitting and removal for cleaning.

For commercial frying lines using a GASMAX RC300, RC400, RC500E or RC400TE, the USG-1 adds a side barrier to help contain oil splashes around the fryer. Its removable construction suits kitchens that need access to the guard and surrounding surfaces during routine cleaning.

• Kitchens fitting side splash protection to a GASMAX RC300, RC400, RC500E or RC400TE fryer.
• Frying stations where oil splashes can reach adjacent equipment, walls or preparation areas.
• Operators who want a guard that removes for cleaning.

• Owners of other fryer models should choose a splash guard matched to their fryer and mounting arrangement.
• Kitchens needing to filter cooking oil should choose oil-filtration equipment, such as the LG-20E oil filter cart.

Check the fryer model first: the intended matches are GASMAX RC300, RC400, RC500E and RC400TE. Then measure the area beside the fryer against the 520 × 465 mm guard size and check the clip mounting position.

Choose this accessory when the job is side splash containment. For oil filtration, select a filter cart or oil filter machine separately.

• Compatibility covers four named GASMAX RC fryer models.
• 1.2 mm stainless steel provides a corrosion-resistant barrier.
• Pre-assembled clips support fitting and removal for cleaning.

• Selection depends on matching the fryer model and clip mounting arrangement.
• The 520 × 465 mm guard provides protection at the side where it is fitted; it does not enclose the fryer.

• Frymax LG-20E Oil filter cart – 466 × 330 × 350 mm: The LG-20E is a 240 V, 550 W oil filter cart for oil filtration, while the USG-1 is a side splash guard for the listed GASMAX RC fryers.

• Check model and mounting. Match the fryer to RC300, RC400, RC500E or RC400TE and check where the pre-assembled clips will attach. Measure the intended position against the 520 × 465 mm guard size.
• Plan cleaning access. Allow access to remove the guard and clean both it and the surrounding surfaces. Wipe the stainless steel surface during routine clean-down.
