The Gasmax REB-03E is a commercial-grade salamander grill designed for high-output grilling and finishing. It combines three ceramic infrared burners, flame failure safety and a heavy duty cast iron cooking surface in a robust stainless steel body.

• Gas: Install by a licensed gas fitter per AS/NZS 5601.1.
• Electrical: Not required for ignition.
• Food safety: FSANZ-aligned cooking performance; follow local council guidelines.

• Heat management: Preheat for optimal searing; adjust burner use for different cooking loads.
• Cleaning: Lift tray with safety system; brush cast iron surface after each service.

Allow to cool; remove tray and scrape residue; wipe stainless steel with mild detergent; season cast iron after cleaning.
