The stainless-steel construction supports routine wiping and cleaning in a commercial kitchen. A drip tray collects cooking residue beneath the working area and should be emptied only after the unit has cooled.
Automatic ignition and flame-failure shut-off form part of the verified configuration. Check ignition, burner flame and safety operation during commissioning and scheduled servicing.
Use suitable utensils and avoid striking or scraping the cooking surface. Remove food residue between service periods and follow the supplied operating instructions for cleaning the plate and drip tray.
