1. Install the machine on a solid, stable, non-slip surface.
2. Place a cellophane separator disc in the holder at the top.
3. Add minced meat on top of the separator according to desired thickness.
4. Place another separator disc on top of the meat.
5. Pull the handle down to form the patty. Lift the handle fully to lift and remove the patty
