Fagor ACC-180 Hot Counter Pass-through – 1800mm

The Fagor ACC-180 combines a forced-air heating system, digital thermostat with analogue thermometer and fully welded stainless steel construction to support consistent, even holding temperatures during busy service. Sliding doors on both sides make it ideal as a pass-through between kitchen and servery.

• Electrical: 230V unit to be connected on a dedicated circuit by a licensed electrician; RCM-compliant where applicable.
• Food safety: Designed for hot holding only; always preheat and maintain food within safe temperature zones according to local Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) guidelines.
• Usage: Indoor use in commercial kitchens and service areas; do not block hot air outlets or ventilation slots.

• Preheat before loading: Switch on and allow at least 30 minutes to reach holding temperature with doors closed for best results.
• Even heat circulation: Avoid covering air outlets at the rear of the cabinet so the forced-air system can circulate heat evenly across all shelves.
• Service efficiency: Use the pass-through design to separate “hot line” and “service” teams while keeping plated meals accessible from both sides.
