The Thor GH105 Freestanding 2 Burner Gas Griddle is a compact yet powerful grilling solution
for busy restaurants, cafés, burger bars and QSR kitchens. With two 32.5MJ/hr stainless burners
and a 20mm thick steel plate, it delivers strong searing performance, fast heat-up and
reliable temperature stability across a 606 × 510mm cooking surface.

The integrated stand with undershelf provides storage for pans and utensils, and the front waste tray simplifies
close-of-service cleaning and grease management.

Two independently controlled zones allow operators to run different temperatures side by side—ideal for cooking
proteins and vegetables simultaneously. The 20mm plate supports intense searing and even heat
