Compare countertop display fridge sizes and glass shapes

A benchtop display fridge can be a low showcase, an upright glass cabinet or a pan-based food display. Start with the counter width and depth, then check cabinet height, loading access and the products you plan to present.

Atosa WSY100L curved glass and WSF120L square glass both list 120L capacity and measure 700 × 560 × 670 mm. The wider WSY125L curved glass and WSF160L square glass both list 160L and measure 900 × 560 × 670 mm. Dimensions are external W × D × H. These pairs show why glass shape alone does not tell you how much counter space a cabinet needs.

Use the listed capacity rather than reading litres from the model code: WSY100L is listed as 120L and WSY125L as 160L. Check usable shelf dimensions and cake-board or pack sizes separately.

Compare a taller cabinet with a low self-serve display

Polar CX578-A lists 68L and measures 428 × 386 × 885 mm, with three adjustable shelves. Polar GG755-A is a 40L countertop self-serve merchandiser measuring 676 × 575 × 357 mm, with a hinged front door and a listed display area of 0.47m².

The GG755-A is lower but uses more counter width and depth than the CX578-A. Check the customer sightline, door movement and replenishment route against the proposed position. External dimensions do not include the ventilation and working clearances required by the model instructions.

Check pan layout and what is included

Woodson WR.CFS24 is described as a two-row, four-bay cold food display with pans not included. Woodson WR.CFSQB24 is also described as two rows and four bays, but is supplied with eight 1/2 GN pans, 65mm deep.

Keep the pan format, depth and inclusion tied to the exact model. Four bays does not by itself specify four pans, and a shared bay count does not establish interchangeable pans or identical cabinet dimensions. Confirm the required pans and accessories on the quote.

Plan countertop or drop-in installation before ordering

Bonvue C4RF15 is listed as a drop-in counter-top display. Confirm the cut-out, supported load, ventilation, services and access requirements from its installation drawing before the counter is made. A countertop category listing alone does not mean that every cabinet can simply sit on an existing bench.

Check operating temperature and room limits separately. Polar GG755-A lists a cabinet range of 2 to 6°C; CX578-A lists 0 to 12°C and a maximum ambient of 32°C. The four Atosa examples above list a rated ambient of 43°C. These are model-specific figures, not a single operating standard for this whole category. Match the intended food or drink to the selected model’s documented use and storage conditions.
