Designed for compact prep stations needing clear product visibility,
the Anvil VRX1200 features a 1200mm refrigerated ingredient well
with a protective glass canopy—ideal for salad, sandwich, pizza and juice bar
service lines. With capacity for 4×1/3 GN pans (or 3×1/3 + 1×1/2),
adjustable feet and a Dixell digital controller, it ensures stable
temperatures and hygienic presentation through peak hours.

The VRX1200’s static cooling system maintains food-safe temperatures even in
ambient conditions up to 38°C. The glass canopy is supplied
in kit form for safe transport and easy assembly, while the stainless steel
interior makes cleaning fast and efficient for daily operations.
