Yasaki FS130M 130L Spiral Dough Mixer

Yasaki FS130M is a fixed-head commercial spiral dough mixer with a 130 L bowl and a stated maximum dry-ingredient capacity of 50 kg. Two speeds, 150 and 200 rpm, support staged dough mixing.
