The GH‑819 combines a stainless steel chassis, high‑conductivity plates and its signature hovering top to keep service consistent during peak times.

• Electrical: RCM compliant.
• Gas (if applicable): N/A (electric appliance). If using gas equipment, installation by a licensed gas fitter per AS/NZS 5601.1.

• Use the hovering top: Lower to just above the product to melt cheese or finish delicate fish with radiant heat and no compression.
• Season & clean: Lightly oil and preheat before first use; after service, scrape with a non‑abrasive tool and wipe with a damp microfibre cloth; empty the drip tray daily.
