Commercial 1200mm Gas Griddle LPG – Brenner BREG8G-1200L

The Forge 800 benchtop griddle provides 4 gas burner positions across a 1200 mm nominal frontage. The integrated flue, pilot system and piezo ignition are listed for this gas variant.

An 800 mm depth aligns it with other Forge 800 cooking modules. Check the specified natural gas or LPG connection and the rated MJ/h figure with the installer; gas commissioning requires an authorised technician.

The Brenner Forge 800 Series benchtop gas griddle is a commercial gas griddle built for continuous breakfast and burger service. Four widths — 300, 600, 900 and 1200mm — all share the full 800mm commercial depth, so any combination lines up flush across a bench.

Ignition is battery-free piezo, so there is nothing to flatten and nothing to replace. Fast ignition means no prolonged knob holding at the start of service.
