Start with the gas supply and available bench space. The GG-48 uses natural gas and measures 1200 × 824 × 546 mm; allow for the rear gas connection, installation clearances and access for cleaning.

Choose the four-burner format when it matches the way your team will use the griddle. If a narrower cooking appliance suits the menu and bench better, the GG-24 offers two burners in a 610 mm-wide body.

• Bench space and support. The body measures 1200 × 824 × 546 mm and weighs 152 kg net. Check the bench support, access route and installation clearances before positioning it.
• Natural gas connection. Plan for a total gas input of 120 MJ/h and a 3/4-inch rear gas connection. Have a licensed gas installer assess the supply, connection, ventilation and commissioning requirements.
• Gas conversion. The design allows gas conversion in the field; arrange conversion through a licensed gas installer. The LPG model or option kit is not offered in New Zealand.
• Packed dimensions. Packing dimensions are 1335 × 890 × 520 mm. Use these separately from the body dimensions when planning the access route.
• Routine care. Allow access to the front grease channel and bottom oil collector for cleaning. Follow the operating instructions and site procedures for commissioning, cleaning and maintenance.
