Start with the cooking surface: 756 × 400 mm on a polished, 12 mm mild steel plate. Check the food arrangement and handling space you want at the station, then use the dimensions in Key Specifications above for the benchtop footprint and access route.

Give the installation team the 415 V, 9 kW / 3~N specification before ordering. Have the supply and connection assessed for this griddle, or compare a 240 V model where that is the intended site supply.

Plan the support and placement for 48 kg net appliance weight. Leave room at the front to remove the stainless steel oil collector and around the plate and splash guard for routine care.

Choose the thermostat setting for the cooking task and follow the plate's operating and cleaning instructions. Train staff on the three knobs, blue power light and yellow heating light.

• Position the appliance. Check the dimensions in Key Specifications above against the benchtop and access route, with support and handling planned for 48 kg. Leave access to the front collector, splash guard and controls.
• Familiarise staff with operation. Show staff the thermostat adjustment, three knobs and separate power/heating indicators. Follow the startup procedure and select the setting for the cooking task within the 50–300°C adjustment range.
• Plan plate and oil-system care. Use the specified shutdown and cleaning procedure for the mild steel plate, drainage hole and removable stainless steel collector. Include the body, splash guard and accessible areas in routine maintenance.
