Gasmax GG-36LPG 3-Burner LPG Griddle

The Gasmax GG-36LPG is a three-burner LPG benchtop griddle for commercial cooking lines. Its 22 mm mild-steel plate provides direct-contact cooking across separately controlled heat zones.

Start with the fuel supply: this is the LPG model. Choose the GG-36 natural-gas model for an NG installation, and have an authorised technician check the connection and supply requirements.

Choose three separately controlled burners when you want different heat settings across the plate. Compare the four-burner GG-48LPG if another LPG burner is more useful for your cooking layout.

Plan around the complete appliance dimensions of 900 × 824 × 546 mm, its 110 kg net weight and access to the rear gas connection. Allow for installation clearances, extraction and cleaning access as well as the body itself.

• Gasmax GG-48LPG 4-Burner LPG Griddle: The Gasmax GG-48LPG has four LPG burners, compared with the GG-36LPG's three.
• Gasmax GG-36 Three burner NG Griddle Top – 900 × 824 × 546 mm: The Gasmax GG-36 uses natural gas rather than LPG and has three burners with the same listed 900 × 824 × 546 mm body dimensions.

• Bench space and support. The body measures 900 × 824 × 546 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 110 kg net. Provide suitable support, adjust the heavy-duty legs and allow access for cleaning and servicing.
• Gas connection and commissioning. An authorised technician must install and commission the griddle using its rear 3/4-inch gas connection. Each of the three U-shaped steel burners is rated at 30 MJ/h. Check LPG supply capacity for the 99 MJ/h total input, the regulator, ventilation, clearances and extraction before connection.
• Gas conversion and market. Field gas conversion is supported and must be carried out by an authorised technician. The LPG model and option kit are excluded from New Zealand supply.
• After-service care. Scrape and clean the plate, front grease channel and stainless-steel oil collector after service, following the manufacturer's guidance for the mild-steel surface. Check that the grease path remains clear during routine cleaning and servicing.
