The Gasmax GGS-36 is a versatile gas griddle and toaster combination with cabinet, built for high-volume commercial cooking. With five cast iron burners, a 19mm heavy-duty mild steel plate, and a built-in broiler rack, it delivers 75MJ/h of powerful output while offering convenient under-bench storage.
Scrape griddle plate while warm; empty grease channel and crumb tray; wipe stainless steel surfaces with mild detergent.
Check flame failure devices monthly; inspect burners for blockages; clean grease collector and crumb tray daily.
Consumes 75 MJ/h; NG or LPG compatible; requires 3/4” gas connection installed by licensed gas fitter.
