Gasmax GGS-36LPG Gas Griddle & Toaster with Cabinet – 915mm LPG

The Gasmax GGS-36LPG combines an LPG griddle, gas toaster/broiler and double-door cabinet for commercial kitchens, with five cast iron burners and a 19mm mild steel plate. This model is also available in natural gas — see the GGS-36.

The GGS-36LPG suits restaurant, café, burger and takeaway cooking lines that need a flat griddle and a separate toasting or finishing area in one cabinet-based unit. Use the griddle for the main cook and the broiler for buns, melts and finishing, with storage beneath. Plan it into a commercial kitchen with a suitable LPG supply and an installation assessed by a licensed gas fitter.

Choose the GGS-36LPG for an LPG line needing both flat-plate cooking and a gas broiler with cabinet storage below. For the same griddle-and-toaster format on natural gas, choose the GGS-36.

Choose a chargrill-and-griddle combination such as the JUS-TRGH60LPG when the menu calls for chargrill cooking alongside a flat plate. Choose this GGS model when a toaster/broiler is the second cooking function you need.

• Gasmax JUS-TRGH60LPG 600mm Benchtop Combo – ½ Chargrill + ½ Griddle, 49MJ/h LPG: The JUS-TRGH60LPG is a 600mm LPG benchtop half-chargrill, half-griddle combination rated at 49MJ/h; the GGS-36LPG combines a griddle, toaster/broiler and cabinet at 77.5MJ/h.

• Gas and ventilation. Have a licensed gas fitter assess and install the unit for LPG, including the 3/4-inch NPT rear connection. Confirm the gas supply, ventilation, exhaust and clearances for the final installation.
• Position and level. Check the access route and cooking-line fit against the dimensions in Key Specifications above. Level the unit using the adjustable heavy-duty legs and allow access to the cabinet, sliding rack and front crumb tray.
• Pilot and shutdown routines. Follow the operating instructions for piezo pilot ignition and the continuous pilot system. Include safe shutdown in the kitchen's end-of-service routine.
• Daily cleaning. Clean the griddle plate daily, empty and clean the crumb tray and grease collector, and wipe down the broiler rack regularly. Follow the operating instructions before handling hot cooking and collection parts.
