The stainless-steel body includes a splashback and splash guards on three sides. A front grease channel directs residue to the stainless-steel oil collector beneath the cooking surface.
Flame-failure protection is fitted to the burner system. Adjustable legs support levelling when the unit is installed on a suitable bench or compatible stand.
GG-12LPG and GG-12 are the exact natural-gas and LPG variants. Select the required fuel model rather than treating field conversion as a substitute for ordering the correct configuration.
Two exact stand choices remain current: GG-12-SE at 336 × 650 × 650 mm, and the taller GG-12-SEN at 334 × 650 × 689 mm with a solid undershelf. Order the stand whose construction and height suit the installation.
