• Gas connection and commissioning must be carried out by a licensed gas fitter in accordance with local requirements. Do not connect a gas appliance yourself.
• Wok burners produce intense radiant heat and heavy vapour. Confirm your canopy, extraction rate, and make-up air with your mechanical contractor.
• The waterless design means there is no cooling trough. Confirm the manufacturer's clearances to adjacent benches, walls, and combustible surfaces.

• Wipe the stainless surround down at the end of each trading day, before carbon and oil bake on.
• Keep the burner ports and the chimney throat clear of carbon build-up. Restricted ports change the flame and waste gas.
• Because there is no water trough, do not use the burner surround as a rinse point. Clean it as a dry stainless surface.
• Do not spray water onto a hot burner assembly. Let it cool to a safe handling temperature first.
• Book periodic servicing with a licensed gas fitter and keep the record.
