Start with the fuel supply and the number of wok positions your menu needs. The WW-1N provides one natural gas wok position; compare the WW-1L for LPG or the WW-2N for two natural gas wok positions.

Choose the burner configuration before ordering. A duckbill burner is standard, while a chimney burner is optional. Include the absence of side burners when planning the rest of the cooking line.

Check the complete installation space, extraction and access route. Waterless cooling removes the need for continuously running top-cooling water, while the gutter and filter still require cleaning and drainage planning.

• Gasmax WW-1L Waterless LPG Single Wok | Stainless Steel, Duckbill Burner: The Gasmax WW-1L is a stainless steel waterless single wok with a duckbill burner that uses LPG instead of natural gas.

• Natural gas installation. Arrange installation on a regulated natural gas supply by a licensed gas fitter in accordance with AS/NZS 5601.1. Include ventilation, extraction and required clearances in the installation plan.
• Space and access. Allow for a 600 × 890 × 1260 mm body, comprising a 790 mm working height plus a 470 mm back. The legs, back and shelf detach for access; measure the route and allow room for operation and cleaning.
• Cooling and drainage. The air-gap system operates without running cooling water. Plan the gutter’s drainage route and keep its solids filter clean.
• Burner and market configuration. Specify the standard duckbill burner or optional chimney burner before ordering. The LPG model and LPG option kit are excluded from New Zealand availability.
• Daily cleaning. Wipe stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and pH-neutral, stainless-safe cleaner, avoiding abrasives. Clear debris from the wok ring, gutter and filter each day.
