Use a neutral stainless cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid abrasives and ensure surfaces are dried thoroughly after cleaning.
Inspect burners weekly, clear filter gutters, and check gas valves and cast iron rings quarterly.
Requires 3/4” BSP gas connection; rated 345MJ/h LPG. Consumption varies depending on wok use and kitchen volume.
RCM and WaterMark certified. Installation must be carried out by a licensed gas fitter per AS/NZS 5601.1 with correct ventilation and clearance.
