Use a non-abrasive stainless cleaner with a microfibre cloth. Rinse surfaces and dry thoroughly after each service.
Inspect burners weekly, clean filters and gutters, and check gas valves and rings quarterly.
Requires 3/4” BSP gas connection; rated 390MJ/h NG. Gas usage depends on kitchen volume and cooking load.
RCM and WaterMark certified. Installation must be completed by a licensed gas fitter per AS/NZS 5601.1 with proper ventilation.
