Place the unit on a level, stable countertop near a power outlet. Plug in using the 10A plug and allow time for initial cooling before loading ingredients.

The FA857-A is optimized for 10 × 1/4 GN containers but can also support custom layouts with dividers (total width must remain compatible).

Clean the exterior and interior with food-safe detergent. Remove and vacuum-clean the filter regularly. Use the manual defrost button as required to manage frost buildup.
