Fagor F-E9221 Kore 900 Electric Fryer with 2x21L Tank and 4 Baskets

The Fagor F-E9221 Kore 900 is a freestanding electric fryer with two 21 L tanks and four baskets. It provides 60–200°C thermostatic control, individual tank lids and heating elements that swivel for cleaning.

The configuration provides separate tanks for organising frying tasks, but requires a substantial 36 kW electrical supply. Choose a smaller fryer if two 21 L tanks exceed your normal demand or the site cannot support the electrical requirement.

Check whether two 21 L oil tanks and four baskets match your frying workload. Plan the cooking line around the 800 × 930 × 850 mm body size, with access for basket handling, tank lids, oil draining and front servicing.

Have the site's electrical capacity assessed for a 36 kW, three-phase-plus-neutral connection. Follow the installation, commissioning, cleaning and maintenance instructions; plan the operating footprint around the body dimensions.

Register the product within 14 days of invoice to meet the condition for the additional two-year parts-only warranty.

• Electrical supply. The fryer requires a three-phase-plus-neutral connection and has a total electrical input of 36 kW.
• Cabling and protection. The three-phase-plus-neutral connection uses two cable runs, each with three 4 mm² phase conductors plus earth and neutral, and a 63 A differential device. Have the installer assess the applicable site requirements.
• Earthing and bonding. The fryer has protective-earth and equipotential-bonding connections.
• Access and maintenance. Keep the front component-access area available and allow access for the heating elements to swivel during cleaning. Follow the operating and maintenance instructions when draining oil and cleaning the tanks.
